As the episode starts Vegeta and Krillin fly down to where Trunks is. Meanwhile back on the lookout. Bulma still thinks the fight is still going on and yells to Piccolo…<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Piccolo replies…<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Then asks himself…<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Back on Earth, Trunks tells Vegeta and Krillin of Cell’s plans for a tournament. Vegeta thinks to himself…<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

As they talk, Android 16 steps up and tells them he wants to join the tournament known as well. Of course, he is edited for oil that looks like blood…<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

And so, against Trunks’ wishes, Krillin brings him to Capsule Corp. From here on out mostly every shot of Dr.Briefs in this episode is edited to remove his cigarette…<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Soon, the gang from Master Roshi’s Island show up at Capsule Corp. At bit later, they drink tea and listen to Roshi tell the story of the previous Martial Arts Tournaments.<\/p>\n

The shot of the tournament grounds is edited to remove the Japanese text and add English…<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

The shot of Goku and Master Chun kicking each other was edited out…<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

As he tells of the Piccolo match. There were a few edits too. The shot of Goku getting Piccolo’s beam through his upper arm is edited so that it just hits without penetrating, and then some typical blood edits…<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

The flash back ends just a tad sooner in the TV Version. I’m pretty sure this is just to edit the blood coming from Goku’s wound…<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Note: As Roshi ends his tale, Dr. Briefs is the only one left listening. This is the only shot in the episode where Dr.Brief wasn’t edited to remove his cigarette.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Cell goes to work on making Cell Games tournament ground. Before he blasts away a piece of land we see a man drinking from a well. This bit was removed. It’s a little odd because we just saw this man as Cell landed so we known the guy is there. Odd. <\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Meanwhile back at Capsule Corp. Everyone is sitting around watching TV waiting for Cell to show up with more details. Yamcha and Krillin eventually decide to join the Cell Games. Krillin figures if it’s a real tournament with real rules…<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Vegeta tells the two they’re wasting their time. Yamcha replies…<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Vegeta and Yamcha continue to bicker…<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Soon after, Bulma barges in and runs to Trunks. She’s glad to see her son in one piece and says…<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

A bit later, Roshi is watching some aerobics program. The shot of the girls in Roshi’s glasses was removed…<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Oolong soon joins Roshi. His reaction shot of the girls is removed as well…<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Just then, Cell shows himself. As he reaches the top floor studio, he grabs the anchorman by the neck. This was shown in the TV version but, it was shortened just a bit so that the camera dosen’t stay on the man…<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Cell drops him after getting his answer and blasts him away. The shot of him getting blasted was removed…<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Cell turns to the camera and tells the people of the World about the Cell Games. He sets up the rules…<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

He continues on, telling the people that if everyone looses, it’s a loss for the entire planet.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Trunks yells…<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Yamcha says “no one can hold a candle to this guy”, and continues on…<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n
