As the episode starts, Goku arrives on King Kai’s planet. He asks King Kai for his help in finding Planet Namek. A few moments later Goku finds himself on Namek asking the Namekians for a new guardian.
He explains to them why he needs a new guardian and new Dragon Balls.
With Dende on board to be the new guardian, Goku and Dende head home to Earth. Meanwhile, back at Kame House Krillin, Yamcha and Gohan are watching TV where a man known as Mr. Satan declares he’ll defeat Cell.
From here on out every time Mr.Satan is said or spelled out, it’s just “Hurcule” in the TV version.
A bit later, the gang ends up at Kame’s Look-out. Dende is ready to make the new Dragon Balls when Krillin and Piccolo asks for some customizations.
With the rules for the wishes out of the way, the Dragon Balls are now once again active. With that Goku goes to Capsule Corp for the dragon radar. While working on Android 16, Bulma says to Goku…
While there, Dr.Breif is smoking…
And so, with the Dragon Balls collected the day of the Cell Games comes. Before they head out, Krillin tells Goku about the new rules of these DragonBalls. He goes on to tell him Goku the downside of having one wish bring a bunch of people back…
