It seems this episode starts at the recap. What I mean is the recap doesn’t show clips from the previous episode, instead we have clips of what happened after the previous episode but before this episode. Right from the beginning of the episode Freeza has blood on his body. This last up until after Dende makes the wish, later in the episode. Goku has no blood on his body in this episode…
Goku and Freeza are still fighting it out as the episode starts, Freeza smashes Goku deep into the ground, and Gohan, back at the ship – says his Father’s power is down to zero. There is a shot of Piccolo in this scene that was edited for blood…
Gohan tells Bulma he’s going to go fight Freeza, Bulma yells to him…
Meanwhile, all the people killed by Freeza start returning from the dead…
Meanwhile on King Kai’s planet, the others ask Kai if the Grand Elder actually returned…
There is then a shot of the Grand Elder returning…
Tenshinhan and the others tell King Kai to hurry up because…
Meanwhile Gohan shows up to face Freeza…
After a few taunting words, Freeza says…
Gohan fly’s around trying to stall for time until the planet explodes. Freeza catches up to Gohan quickly and knees him in the face; this was edited with a flash…
Then after getting knocked into the ground, Freeza asks Gohan…
…and goes on to say…
Gohan eventually flies away but Freeza catches up with him. With no real way out and Gohan as mad as he is, he rushes Freeza and punches him in the face. This flash screen was actually in the uncut version but it was moved a few frames in the TV version so it’s covering up the actual hit connection…
Freeza falling back in slow motion after this hit was cut out…
Gohan then throws a power full Masenko at Freeza but it seems it had little effect; Freeza gets up from being hit with the blast and says…
Freeza continues on to tell Gohan that he’s not actually fighting at full power…
Just then, Goku emerges from the ground. Gohan yells to him…
Freeza tells Goku he’ll kill him like he did that other Earthling. At this point there’s a little animation of Krillin exploding. The TV version cuts the scene short right before we see him explode…
Meanwhile on Namek, King Kai tells the Grand Elder the plan. Goku interrupts their telepathic conversation telling King Kai that he wants to stay on Namek to fight Freeza. As this is going on Goku and Freeza are locked in battle, and Goku knees Freeza in the face. The close up shot from this attack was cut out…
Meanwhile…
The Grand Elder contacts Dende to tell him the plan, shocked that the Grand Elder is alive as well, he says…
Vegeta also returns to life…
Dende makes it to the Dragon and makes the wish despite Freeza yelling out his own wish. Just then Vegeta shows up, Freeza yells…
Vegeta and all the Namekians, except for Goku and Freeza vanish and get transported to Earth.
Confused by all this, Freeza asks Goku…
Goku replies…
Freeza then says that only one question remains to be answered…
Goku tells Freeza this will determine the greatest warrior in the Universe, Freeza answers…
The episode ends a few moments later.
