As the episode starts, Goku has just woken up and is about to use instant transmission to catch up to the his friends hunting for Cell. Meanwhile in the aircraft, Tien is pissed that the plane is going so slowly, thinking they’ll never catch up to Cell in this thing says to himself…
Goku shows up and tells the others he’s gonna take Gohan to go and train with Vegeta and Trunks. A few moments later, Goku uses instant transmission to go tell Vegeta, who is just standing on a mountain side, about the Room of Spirit and Time. And so, their training begins.
Meanwhile the others are having no luck searching for Cell in the slow aircraft. Before going on about laying his hopes on Goku and Vegeta training, Piccolo yells out…
